Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Fewer (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

What Fewer is, and is not

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Obsidian IT Consulting grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard end-user license agreement.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App or any portion of it.

In-app purchases

The App is free to install. An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks premium themes and menu bar icons. All purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple via your purchase history.

• The premium unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and restorable on any Mac signed in to that ID.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Obsidian IT Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Privacy

Fewer collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is and is not stored on your device.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the App's release notes. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
